It contains no preservatives. Our carefully grown fresh sweet potato is picked, cleaned and chopped. It is fried in vegetable oil for a few minutes to save the vegetable’s natural flavours. The oil is dripped, then carefully selected and packed, in a light and moisture-proof bag. So it keeps the famous Hungarian taste.
